Welcome to Hero Image. By accessing or using our responsive image service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Hero Image provides tools for creating responsive hero images. Some features are available without signing in, while premium features may require an account, credits, or payment. Premium features use third-party AI models to analyze and generate image outputs.

Hero Image is an independent platform that offers a custom interface built on top of third-party AI models. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the providers of those models. References to specific AI models within the application or on our website indicate which models are available through our platform, not a partnership or affiliation.

By using the service, you agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Only upload images that you own or have permission to use.
• Not attempt to bypass limitations, abuse credits, or interfere with the service.
• Not use the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
• Review all generated images and exported code before using them in production.

You keep your rights to images you upload. You give us permission to process your uploads and generated outputs as needed to provide the service. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads and outputs do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. The free cropper is designed to process images locally in your browser, while premium features may store account, project, billing, and generation information needed to provide the service.

If you purchase credits or paid features, the applicable pricing and product details will be shown at checkout or on the pricing page. All purchases of digital credits and virtual products are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Because credits are digital products consumed at the time of use, no returns, exchanges, or chargebacks are permitted. Unused credits do not expire but are not redeemable for cash.

You may not use the service to create, upload, generate, or distribute:

• NSFW (not safe for work), sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including AI-generated nude or adult material.
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content created without explicit consent of all identifiable individuals.
• Content that violates laws or regulations.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Hateful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
• Content generated to circumvent the content policies of underlying AI model providers.
• Malware, spam, or content intended to disrupt the service.
• Any content or activity that creates legal, safety, or abuse risks.

We may block, remove, refuse to process, or restrict access to content or accounts that violate these Terms. We encourage you to review our Acceptable Use Policy for additional details.

We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law,Hero Image will not be liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will post the updated version on this page.
