Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules for using Hero Image and its AI image generation features. By using the service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

You may not use the service to create, upload, or generate:

• NSFW (not safe for work), sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including AI-generated nude or pornographic material.
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content created without the explicit consent of all identifiable individuals.
• Hateful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or violent content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights.
• Malware, spam, phishing content, or content intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Content generated for the purpose of circumventing the content policies of underlying AI model providers.
• Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content, including impersonation and manipulated media intended to deceive.

In addition to prohibited content, the following uses of the service are not allowed:

• Operating the service or its outputs as part of a platform that promotes NSFW, adult, or sexually explicit material.
• Using the service to build or train competing AI models or image generation systems.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, extract, or bypass the moderation, safety, or rate-limiting features of the service.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service without explicit permission.
• Reselling access to the service or its outputs as a standalone product.

We reserve the right to review, block, remove, or refuse to process any content or account that violates this policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations. We also reserve the right to report illegal content to relevant authorities.
